Suspect Arrested In Fatal Logan County Shooting

One person is now in custody in connection to a fatal shooting in Logan County.

Authorities said Christopher Wade Sheldon, 37, is being held on a murder complaint.

He was arrested for a shooting that occurred Monday, May 30. Police said they were responding to an argument call and when arrived on scene they found Jeffery Pennington shot in the chest near Highway 33 and Post Road.
