This year's college graduates are now looking for work and a steady paycheck.

In a survey, 70 percent of students from the class of 2016 said they'd take less money to work at a company that provides a positive social atmosphere.

Graduates also want to work at companies where they can advance and feel passionate about their job.

"You have an impact on how the company is going to evolve. I’m not going to do a job at a large corporation that I’m not interested in and where my job is going to be insignificant simply because of the money," said a millennial worker. “'So do you like coming to work?' Yeah every day. We're a small team it just feels like you're with family."

One part of the Accenture study does not bode well for 2016 graduates. More than half of last year's grads say they're working in jobs that do not require their college degree.
