Two Arrested After Overnight Chase, Crash In OKC

Two men were arrested after leading police on a high-speed chase just west of downtown OKC overnight.

Oklahoma City Police say the two took off on Interstate 40, near Council Rd., when an officer tried to pull the car over for a traffic violation.

The driver eventually went down I-44 and exited at SW 15th St. and crashed at May Ave. The suspects told police they ran because they, "didn't want to go to jail tonight".

Police have not yet identified the suspects.
