Caytie's Double Chocolate Mousse
Melt chocolate over a double boiler. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks are formed. In another medium sized bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar to egg whites and continue beating until the mixture forms stiff peaks. Combine chocolate and cream, then fold in the egg whites completely. Spoon prepared mousse into small ramekins or mason jars. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving. Add whipped cream to serve and chocolate chips!
