After getting traded to the Orlando Magic last night, forward Serge Ibaka took some time to send out a thank you message via Instagram to thank the Thunder organization for the seven years he spent in Oklahoma City.

Ibaka's post read: "Time flies. 7 years in Oklahoma City, a place where I grew up, became the player I am today, competed with a great team and made great friends. A place I can call home. Thank you state of Oklahoma and your wonderful people. Thank you@okcthunder, staff, employees, teammates and fans. You will be in my heart forever."

It may have been a surprising move for Ibaka, but it was a deal the Thunder couldn't turn down seeing OKC received valuable pieces such as Victor Oladipo, Ersan Ilyasova and Domantas Sabonis in return. It also creates a unique opportunity for the Congo native, as he'll have a bigger role with the Magic and will be looked to carry a heavier load on offense.

While Ibaka was posting a farewell note, Oladipo expressed his excitement to be joining the Thunder organization.

Oladipo's post read: "I just wanna thank the Orlando Magic organization for a great three years. The entire city of Orlando, my teammates, the fans, and coaches that have taught me so much and I'm truly grateful. I'm so excited to be a Thunder!!! I'm ready to win BIG and play in front of the best fans in the world!!! #ThunderUp"

Even Sabonis got in on the social media action by letting Oklahoma City know he's ready to come play.
