Police Searching For Suspects In NE OKC Drive-By Shooting

The Oklahoma City Police Department is investigating after a man was shot in the leg following a drive-by on the northeast side of the metro, Thursday night.

Around 10:30 p.m., police were called to the 2000 block of NE 27^th Street in response to the shooting.

According to police, a man was shot in the leg the suspects, who were driving in a dark-colored vehicle. Several witnesses in the area said they heard the shots.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

At this time, police have not released any suspect information or the name of the victim. The investigation is ongoing.
