DHS And Martin Nature Park To Host ‘Take A Child Outside’ Event

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS) and Martin Park Nature Center are hosting the ‘Take a Child Outside’ celebration at Martin Park Nature Center. 

On September 24, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., people are encouraged to attend and celebrate nature, with activities including a scavenger hunt, hiking, and outdoor family games. DHS wil also provide information on outdoor safety. 

Whole Foods Market will donate snacks,  

The event is free to the public and no registration is required.
