MWC Police Investigating Following Shooting At Apartment Complex

The Midwest City Police Department says its investigating following a shooting Friday evening.

Around 8:00 p.m., police arrived at the Sand Hills Apartments in the 1300 block of N. Midwest Blvd. Police said one victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg, and was transported to a local hospital.

At this time, police have not said what led to the shooting.
