- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Parchment paper
- Italian seasoning
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon add a heaping tablespoon of the shredded parmesan to the baking sheet and spread with the back of a spoon to form a circle.
- Sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crisps are golden brown.
- Allow them to cool and then store the crisps in an airtight container.
