Pep In Your Step Bites
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup hemp flour
- 5 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
- Place all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir till everything is combined.
- Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes.
- Use a small cookie scoop to dip out and then roll to make then about the size of a ping-pong ball. Chill.
