Summer Cheesecake Salad

• 4 cups sliced strawberries
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 cup fresh raspberries
• 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese
• 1/2 cup Vanilla Coffee Creamer 

1. Place all of the berries in a large bowl.
2. In a medium tall bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese till it is light and creamy.
3. Slowly add in the creamer while continuing to beat the cream cheese.
4. Once the mixture is fully blended pour over the berries and toss together.
