Total Eclipse Of The Heart Bundt Cake
- 1 devils food cake mix
- 1 (3.4 oz) instant chocolate fudge pudding
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Ghirardelli semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 container chocolate fudge frosting
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl beat together the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and sour cream till there are no lumps.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and stir.
- Pour the cake batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a cooked through completely.
- Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
- Invert the cake onto a plate.
- Warm the frosting in the microwave for 40 seconds.
- Pour over the top of the cake.
- Serve!
