The Wheeler District is using the Holiday Pop Up Shops in Midtown to begin selling homes.
It has a container store front next to the tents at NW 10th and Hudson that will act as a sales office until the end of the December. Inside people can learn more and purchase one of 14 floor plans.
58 homes are now being sold in the first phase of the community off Western just south of the River at the site of the old airpark.
“If you want a new home in the urban core of Oklahoma City, this is the greatest option,” says Wheeler home builder Josh Kitchen.
“The product that we are building is going to be the most energy efficient homes that you can buy,” adds builder Greg McAlister.
Sewer and utility lines are now going in at Wheeler. The first homes will be completed this time next year.
The Pop Up Shops, along with the Wheeler sales container, will open Friday at 10 a.m. and be open Thursday-Sunday during the holiday season.
