The punishment given to OU Quarterback Baker Mayfield for his sideline outburst is sufficient in my opinion, he won't start or be a captain for his final game on Owen Field.  But you guys seem split...

Melissa writes: "I expected a statement from Kelly on this issue more in keeping with his very conservative values, it didn't happen."

But Ben says: "Thank you Kelly for being a voice of reason in sea of media insanity!"

Reg from Edmond writes: "All of the antics were a result of the illegal cheap shots that nobody in the media has been talking about. This whole thing is, or should be a non story."

Kenneth, Ponca City:  "Mr. Ogle OU Fans will forgive Mayfield as long as he wins. Pro Fans will forgive players as long as they win. I just did not know you were one of the fans."

Veronica from Minco thinks: "He is being punished for being goaded & attacked by Kansas players."

Kellie from Newcastle questioning my allegiance: "I really don't understand the "poor little victim" act...

Really thought you bled orange, what a disappointment.

Finally, from Cecilia in Stillwater: "Not starting the last game at OU would be sufficient. Baker has been a leader throughout the season and deserves to remain Team Captain for Senior Day at OU."

I'm Kelly Ogle and that's YOUR 2 Cents.
