Police Identify Man Struck, Killed By Car In NW OKC

Police have identified the man struck and killed by a vehicle in northwest Oklahoma City as 72-year-old Carl McLane.

Authorities say McLane was killed while in a “football stance” in the middle of the road of NW 10^th Street, between N. Sara Road and N. Morgan Road, around 8 p.m.

The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with police. No charges are expected to be filed.
