Authorities identified a man who died in June after suffering injuries in an altercation in May in southeast Oklahoma City.
Police said on May 25, Freddie Hill, 69, got into a row with another person and sustained head trauma at home near SE 45th and Sunnylane. On June 5, he died.
The medical examiner's report determined the cause of death was homicide.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
