Roasted Corn Dip

• 2 bags frozen roasted corn, thawed
• 2 4.5-oz. cans chopped green chiles
• 1 6-oz. can chopped jalapenos, drained and liquid added to taste
• 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 16-oz. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• corn chips
• Garnish: sliced jalapeno

1. Mix together all ingredients except corn chips and jalapeño and refrigerate.
2. Serve with corn chips for scooping.
