Police Investigate Highway Shooting Between 2 Drivers In SE OKC

Police are investigating a shooting on the highway in southeast OKC.

A 911 caller reported two cars shooting at each other driving southbound near I-35 and southeast 15th Street. Officers said they located a black Infinity sitting in the inside lane of south I-35 perpendicular to the lines of traffic. The front end of the car was facing the inside concrete barrier.

Several bullet holes were noticeable on the driver's side of the vehicle, back and passenger side. The black Infiniti was the only vehicle located.

A short time later, officers located one victim on the northbound service road.

According to police, the victim was alert and talking to officers during transportation to the hospital. Police identified the victim as Corey Banks.

Bank's condition is unknown.
