Applications Open For Relief For OKC Small Businesses

Applications are now open for Oklahoma City business owners to apply for COVID-19 disaster relief from the city.

Owners can apply for these small business grants now through April 17th. The city says funds will be available starting in early May.

Small businesses across Oklahoma City can go to OKCsmallbizhelp.com to apply for coronavirus disaster relief funds.

The available funds include a cash incentive program of up to $10,000 on a reimbursable basis, low interest and no interest loans and even technical assistance programs.

That's where experts will be able to provide these small businesses with knowledge in areas like accounting, human resources and information technology.

The OKC city council approved the $5.5 million package last week, it's the first small business emergency aid package in modern city history.

Only small businesses in OKC city limits can apply, people can find out more on this at OKC.gov\citylimits to see a map.
