BBQ Nachos Tray With Blonde Brats Queso

  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 pound Blanco Velveeta
  • 2 bratwurst shredded in food processor
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup blonde beer

In a small sauce pan sauté the onion and brought worst inbutter until cooked through stir in the Velveeta cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, 1/2 cup beer, and Rotel tomatoes. Cook over medium low heat stirring till it is melted. 

To make the nachos: preheat oven to BROIL. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
