1 package of hoagie rolls

2 pounds deli sliced roast beef

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons yellow banana peppers

1 green pepper, sliced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

4 cups beef stock

2 cloves garlic, minced

Sliced provolone

Put the garlic, peppers, green peppers, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and beef stock in a large saucepan. Place the sliced roast beef into the pot and simmer for 30 minutes. While the meat is simmering, place the hoagie rolls topped with provolone cheese in the broiler and melt. Remove from the oven and set aside until the meat is ready. Once the meat is cooked for 30 minutes use tongs to place meat onto the hoagie rolls and serve with a cup of juice on the side for dipping.
