15-Minute Chicken Lo Mein Stir Fry

  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 2 Boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 packages ramen noodles, cooked and drained
  1. No will to a large skillet and heat to medium high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook till done and then place on a plate add two more teaspoons of canola oil to pan and sauté the garlic and vegetables until tender.
  3. Well veggies are cooking in a small bowl combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper, and sesame seeds.
  4. Add the chicken back in along with the Ramen noodles and toss together.
  5. Pour the sauce over the stirfry and cook till warm serve.
