The Best Marinade

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes (omit or reduce if you do not want spicy)
  • 2 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

We are together all of the ingredients in store in a mason jar or airtight plastic deli container until you’re ready to use. Refrigerate marinade for up to a month.

To marinate meat: Add approx: 1/2 - 3/4 cup
