Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves 3/4 cup good quality olive oil 1/4 cup Champagne vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • Fresh salad greens

Directions:
In a blender or food processor, add the fresh basil and olive oil. Slowly add in the olive oil while running the blender or food processor until emulsified. Add honey and salt and pepper. Serve over fresh greens.
