The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear part of an Oklahoma case centering on the state's "Choose Life" vanity license plates.
The Oklahoma Legislature approved the design in 2002. For every $37 plate sold, $20 goes to fund non-profits that help with the needs of pregnant women. Organizations that provide abortion information are denied access to the funds.
Attorneys filing the suit said they will continue to pursue the case.
