Former Oklahoma State All-American Carson Benge has been selected to represent the National League in the 2025 MLB All-Star Futures Game.
Now an outfielder in the New York Mets organization, Benge is currently with the Double-A Binghamton Rumble Ponies after beginning the season at High-A Brooklyn. Across 65 games at both levels, he’s posted a .299 batting average with four home runs, 38 RBIs, 19 doubles, five triples, and 17 stolen bases.
Benge is ranked No. 81 on MLB Pipeline’s Top 100 Prospects list.
OSU Career
A first-round pick in the 2024 MLB Draft (19th overall), Benge was a two-way standout at Oklahoma State. During his All-American sophomore season, he hit .335 with 18 home runs, 24 doubles, and 64 RBIs, while also going 3-2 with three saves and a 3.16 ERA on the mound.
Futures Game
The 2025 MLB All-Star Futures Game is set for Saturday, July 12, at 3 p.m. CDT at Truist Park in Atlanta and will be broadcast live on MLB Network. The All-Star Futures Game is a seven-inning exhibition held during MLB All-Star Weekend, spotlighting the top minor league prospects from the American League and National League.
