4 PM UPDATE:
Skiatook Police say that both directions of Highway 20 are back open after flooding forced the closure.
Authorities say Highway 11 south of 5th Street is still closed.

Rising water levels have forced the closure of both eastbound and westbound lanes of Highway 20 and Highway 11 near Skiatook, according to the Skiatook Police Department.
6/19/25 UPDATE:
Due to ongoing flooding, Highway 11 is now closed from 103rd Street North southbound. Officers ask people to use Javine Hill Road or 52nd West Avenue as alternate routes until further notice.
Highway 20 remains closed from Highway 11 to Highway 75 within Skiatook city limits.
"Our officers are actively monitoring the situation, and we'll update you as conditions change," the department said on social media.
6/18/25 UPDATE:
Skiatook Police said rising waters have closed the following roads:
"Water is anticipated to crest in Avant around 1300 hours (1:00 PM). Based on this, cresting in the Skiatook area is not expected until approximately 2200 hours (10:00 PM) tonight," Skiatook Police said.
Drivers are urged to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
