Tulsa Police say a shoplifting call led to the arrest of two people and the citation of another.

They say on Tuesday at around 7:00 p.m., officers responded to the Citi Trends department store at 31st and Garnett.

Officers say they tracked down the vehicle the caller described near 19th and Garnett and detained the three people inside.

During a search of the car, police say they found a gun under the driver's seat.

The driver, Jordan Thomas, was arrested for possession of a firearm after a former conviction of a felony and two outstanding warrants.

Police say that because Thomas is a tribal member, his case will be handled by the FBI.

They say the store manager identified Andrew Thomas as the suspect who stole about $180 in merchandise. He was issued a citation.

Thomas's girlfriend, Katelynn Rorstrom, was arrested for eight outstanding municipal warrants related to traffic violations.
