NW OKC building evacuated due to hazmat leak

Firefighters evacuated a building Monday morning in Oklahoma City due to a hazardous material leak, authorities say.

A building in northwest Oklahoma City was evacuated Monday morning after a hazardous materials leak, firefighters say.

The Oklahoma City Fire Department said crews responded to a building near Northwest 122nd Street and North Pennsylvania Avenue, where they evacuated the structure as a precaution.

It is unknown what type of hazardous material is involved, but OKCFD said the department is working to contain the leak.
