Authorities respond to bus crash in Southeast Oklahoma City

Authorities responded to a bus crash in southeast Oklahoma City Thursday evening after the driver hit a pole.

The Oklahoma City Police Department says the crash happened near South Rhode Island Avenue and Southeast 51st Street.

There were around 13 kids on the bus and none of them were injured, according to OCPD.

Police say the driver of the bus requested to be checked out by EMSA.
