Silver Alert: 68-Year-Old-With Dementia

A Silver Alert has been issued for 68-year-old Billy Clark.

Clark suffers from dementia and was last seen Friday around 2:30 p.m. in Chandler, Oklahoma.

He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, grey sweatpants, and tennis shoes.

Clark has white hair and brown eyes and weighs around 210 pounds.
