An indoor playground in the Oklahoma City metro is committed top offering children across the spectrum the opportunity to have fun.

The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Porch visited We Rock The Spectrum in Oklahoma City to see how all kinds of children are participating.

We Rock The Spectrum is specifically designed for children of all abilities, and the facilities owner says their inspiration came from their own family.

"We are an all inclusive indoor play center... designed for kids on the spectrum, but we are here for all abilities," We Rock The Spectrum owner Gwen Batchelor said. "We bought the gym five and a half years ago for our daughter, who is now six [and] has Down syndrome."

In addition to being a play center for children, the facility also offers therapy services as well.

"We have a therapy company that works out of our gym called Scissortail Therapy Services," Batchelor said. "They do ABA therapy Monday through Friday from 8:30 in the morning till 5:30 p.m."

Batchelor said the facility is also able to be rented, and also offers inclusive classes on weekday evenings for special needs children, as well as their siblings, which are free.
