A tasty syrup perfect for your morning coffee, with holiday flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of organic cane sugar
- 2 TBSP of molases
- 1 TBSP ground ginger
- 1/2 TSP cinnamon
- 1/4 TSP of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1 ginger root
Instructions
- Make syrup: Add water to a saucepan, and add ginger root
- make syrup: Add molasses, sugar, seasonings, whisk together and bring to a boil
