Road Closings Due To Midwest City Veteran's Day Parade

Veteran’s Day is tomorrow, but it is never too soon to start celebrating. 

News 9’s Mike Glover will be emceeing the Midwest City Veteran’s Day parade later today. 

Until then, Tevis Hillis is on the route of the parade. 

The parade starts at Southeast 15th Street and Century Boulevard. 

It will travel east to Douglas Boulevard, then north to Reno Avenue. It ends at Morris Mcgee Park off of Reno Avenue. 

There will be floats, club cars, marching bands, and more. 

Viewers can also expect a flyover. 

From 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Century Boulevard will be shut down.

All roads will be back open by 11:30 a.m. this morning.
