1 Arrested, 1 In Custody After Car Crashes Into Pole In NW Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City Police are investigating after a car crashed into a pole and caught fire Sunday night.

OCPD said an officer was in the area of NW Expressway and May and found the car engulfed in flames.

One person was in the car and extricated by OKC Fire, authorities say.

There were two people at the scene who tried to run, one of them is now in custody.

The person in the car was transported to the hospital.

Their condition is unknown at this time.
