Heat Returns, Rain Chances Increase Later On Tuesday

Another round of severe weather impacted western Oklahoma and the OKC metro on Sunday.

What is the weather like on Tuesday?

The heat returns Tuesday afternoon with a breezy south wind. There is a chance of severe storms Tuesday evening that could produce damaging wind, large hail, and tornadoes.

Rain and storm chances look to increase Tuesday night through Wednesday morning, especially in southeast Oklahoma

Some of these overnight storms may be able to produce gusty winds and small hail. Rain will shift farther southeast through the day on Wednesday.

Thursday brings back our severe weather chances. We'll keep an eye on those storms.
