Rainy And Windy Friday, Severe Weather Possible This Weekend

A foggy start to the morning, but on this Friday, highs will climb into the 70s.

What Is The Weather Going To Be Like On Friday, May 3?

All the recent rain has things very saturated, and more rain will be coming in waves over the next several days.

On Friday, we may see a few isolated thunderstorms, but most areas will be dry. Higher rain chances creep in Friday evening and night.

A complex of storms will try to ride into southwest Oklahoma, but will likely weaken as it moves toward southern sides of the state. Meanwhile, a cold front will move into the northwest.

This will ramp up rain chances and bring a few storms, but the risk for severe storms is low with hail, wind, and flooding the primary concerns.

The tornado threat is extremely low, and waves of rain move in for the weekend with the highest chance Saturday morning thru midday.

The next wave moves early Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon looks mostly dry. The next severe weather setup is Monday.
