9 - Harry Belafonte has died at age 96. He was an activist and award-winning actor and singer, selling millions of records. He died Tuesday of congestive heart failure at his New York home.

8 - The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma is arguing in federal court the federal government has gone too far mandating future electric vehicle production. The alliance filed a brief in the D.C. appeals court alongside 6 other organizations.

7 - The 57th Festival of the Arts is underway in OKC. Rain hounded the first say of the festival yesterday, but artist, performers and food venders will be on hand through Sunday.

6 - OG&E says it has fully restored power to customers in Shawnee. They say last week's tornado wiped out power to 23,000 homes.

5 - Shawnee high school will be remote the rest of the year following the tornado. Middle school students will be remote learning Thursday and Friday. Elementary students will return to the classroom Thursday.

4 - Federal Agents say it was Arson that cause the "God of No Limits" to burn in Southwest OKC last week. Oscar Gomez is now facing one count of arson and up to 20 years in federal prison.

3 - A Grady County man receives 5 life sentences for killing his neighbor and two family members. Prosecutors say Lawrence Anderson cut one of the victim's heart out of her body and attempted to feed it to the other victims.

2 - Former Guthrie city councilman Daniel Triplett is convicted of shooting and killing his former employee. A jury found Triplett guilty of killing Brent Mack and burying him under a septic tank.

1 - Oklahoma death row inmate Richard Glossip will go before the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole board to ask for clemency today. In an unprecedented move, the state will argue in favor of the reprieve.

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond says there's reasonable doubt Glossip is guilty of first-degree murder in the death of motel owner Barry Van Treese. That hearing begins at 9:30 this morning.
