OCPD Respond After Man Claims To Have Been Stabbed In City's Downtown

The Oklahoma City Police Department responded to the scene where a man claimed to have been stabbed Friday morning near West Sheridan Avenue and North Robinson Avenue.

Officers on scene said a man walked into the Colcord Hotel and said he had been stabbed at around 3:30 a.m.

According to OCPD, the man had injuries to his head and was taken to the hospital.

Oklahoma City Police said the man had not been stabbed, but had been involved in a physical altercation prior to entering the hotel.
