Yukon Animal Control Facility Temporarily Closed Due To Respiratory Outbreak

The City of Yukon's Animal Control Facility will be temporarily closed due to a respiratory outbreak at another animal shelter.

Yukon Animal Control will be closed with limited services until April 10.

The shelter said they will still respond to calls for service, but they will not accept stray animals during this time period to furthermore prevent the spread of the unknown animal respiratory disease.

Yukon Animal Control isn't the only place that is temporarily closing due to the spread of the unknown disease.
