Suspect In Custody Following Shooting At NW Oklahoma City Apartments

One victim was taken to the hospital in unknown condition after a shooting at an apartment complex in NW Oklahoma City Sunday evening.

The Oklahoma City Police Department (OCPD) said a victim was shot in the stomach at the Stoneleigh on May Apartment Homes at 14300 N. May Ave.

The suspect, a "slender" black male in his twenties, initially ran from the scene but is now in custody, according to the OCPD. His name has not been released.

No reason for the shooting has been given.
