Silver Alert Issued For 71-Year-Old Man In Tulsa

TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Tulsa man that they say walked away from Leisure Village Health Care.

Officers say 71-year-old Ezell Chatman was last seen around 11:30 Wednesday night leaving the nursing home near 21st and Memorial. Police say Chatman suffers from dementia and was last seen wearing a black and red flannel shirt, black jeans and he was not wearing shoes.
