Chandler Public Schools Evacuated After Bomb Threat

Chandler Public Schools have been evacuated and students sent home after a bomb threat was made to the Chandler Police Department.

Chandler Public Schools said they believe this is a prank.

Superintendent Melody Toma said the decision to send kids home was "In an abundance of caution" and that the schools man priority is the safety of students.

Chandler police, the Logan County Sheriff's Office and Chandler Fire Department are helping with a sweep of the school.
