Oklahoma City & Robert Miller Jr Reach Settlement In Wrongful Conviction Case

Miller will receive $2 million from The City of Oklahoma City for his time served and trial costs.

A man wrongly convicted of a 1986 murder has reached a settlement with Oklahoma City.

Robert Miller Jr was convicted in the murder of an 83-year-old woman on May, 19th 1988. He spent 10 years in prison and 7 years on death row for the crime he didn't commit.

Miller was exonerated of the crime on May 19, 2017 by DNA evidence.

Now, Miller will receive $2 million from The City of Oklahoma City for the wrongful conviction.
