The state department of health said statewide, there are more than 4,400 active COVID-19 cases.
More than 330 people are hospitalized. And doctors fear the spread will continue.
“We have a certain capacity for COVID here and we are basically full now. We haven’t seen that since the height of the pandemic in January and February,” said Doctor Justin Mitchell with Integris Facility in Miami, Oklahoma.
Mitchell talked about his concern for virus spread as variants become more prevalent.
