Cloud Bread

  1. 3 egg whites, room temperature
  2. 2 tablespoon sugar
  3. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  4. ½ teaspoon vanilla


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Beat the 3 egg whites in a medium sized bowl using a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  4. Sift in sugar and cornstarch.
  5. Fold into the egg whites until ingredients are combined.
  6. Stir in vanilla.
  7. Add food coloring to color your cloud.
  8. Use a spatula to spoon the cloud onto the center of the baking sheet.
  9. Leave the bread in a mound.
  10. Bake for 35 minutes or until the cloud is no longer sticky to the touch.
  11. Cool and eat!
