Veteran Salute: Kenneth Louie Newman

We want to salute the men and women who served out country.

On Nov. 30, we salute Army veteran Kenneth Louie Newman.

Ken served with the 196th American Division during the Vietnam War and earned two Purple Hearts, a Bronze Star, and an Army Commendation Medal for his bravery.

Ken is described as a proud patriot, loving husband and a wonderful father and grandfather.

Now, he spends his time as president of Kleen Products, a long time Oklahoma owned company.

His nominator, his big sister Lindy, said he is the glue that holds the family together.
