French Melon Toast

French Melon Toast

1. 1/4 cantaloupe, sliced thin
2. 8 slices prosciutto 
3. 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
4. Fresh basil
5. Balsamic glaze
6. 4 slices hearty white bread, toasted

1. Toast bread and spread on butter.
2. Spread a couple teaspoons of ricotta cheese over the butter toast, add slices of cantaloupe and prosciutto ham.
3. Topped with sliced basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
