MWC Firefighters Knock Down Early Morning House Fire

Midwest City firefighters knocked down a house fire Friday morning near Northeast 10th Street and North Douglas Boulevard.

Crews said the fire was on the patio and in the attic. About 30% of the home was involved.

Smoke alarms woke up the people inside the home and they were able to safely evacute, fire officials said.
