Lavender Sugar Cookies

1. 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2. 1 lemon, zest
3. Lavender sugar
4. cookie cutter, your choice

1. Preheat oven to 375 or to package specifications.
2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Roll out the cookie dough onto a lightly floured surface till it is 1/4 inch thick.
4. Sprinkle with lemon zest and gently press into cookie dough.
5. Cut out cookies and roll edges in lavender sugar.
6. Set 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
8. Cool and store in an airtight container.
